She came in our shipment outside of the box. She was originally part of the OMG Remix Super Surprise Box set. She is missing a few items, but otherwise is in excellent condition! She is missing earrings, small wristbands, the guitar strap, and the stem for the standing base. She comes with her guitar that works and plays music.
