This is one of the four different types of Derby that Ty produced. The first releases were in 1995 with the manes being made of either coarse or fine yarn. Some even came without a star on the forehead. This Derby style: was introduced Jan 1, 1999, with the mane and tale being made of fur (not yarn) along with having the star on the forehead. He was retired on May 26, 1999. The tush tag is 6th generation, with a copyright date of 1995.This would make a great addition to any collection.See photos for more details.
