There are a few small holes on bottom and small stains as seen in pictures. As shown in photo, is missing a zipper pull, but zipper still works. One side of the circle opening on top is missing a support ring, but tree bag holder is still fully functional. Storage bag protects your Christmas tree from moisture and dust. Although this item is used, it is still in very good condition, and due to being made of heavy duty canvas, it still has years of use for your tree storage.
